Job Title: Medical Lab Tech (MLT)
Duration: Permanent / Full Time
Shift: 7:30AM-4:00PM (40 hrs. per week) 8 hrs. per day
Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74104

Description:

Required for submission:

· 1 years of MLT experience.

· lab experience.

· Active ASCP.

· Covid-19 vaccination card.

· Two professional references. (Manager or supervisor)

Prepare samples for analysis, use equipment to locate microorganisms, monitor tests and procedures, analyze the chemical content of fluids, match blood for transfusions, and test for drug levels in the blood.

Experience: Current knowledge of clinical laboratory techniques and principles. Previous clinical laboratory experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Laboratory Scientist within a clinical laboratory. Education: Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Medical Laboratory Technician/Medical Technology, or a chemical, physical or biological science degree. Current knowledge of clinical laboratory techniques and principles Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: ASCP or Equivalent Certification within a specific area, i.e. M(ASCP), H(ASCP), C(ASCP) qualifies. Certification must be maintained without lapse during employment. If certification does lapse, job will be downgraded to Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Lab Tech (non-certified) until certification is reinstated.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
